Recommendation on Supplemental Braking on a 2007 Jeep Liberty Flat Towed By a Coach With Air Brakes

Question:

Hello, I have a 2003 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 40 PST and tow a 2007 Jeep liberty. I am looking for a complete tow vehicle braking system. I like the roadmaster 9160 or similar. I need to keep the cost down. Will this work for me and what else would I need, or is there a better product?

The Roadmaster BrakeMaster System, # RM-9160, would be an economical option for a supplemental braking system that is a confirmed fit for your 2007 Jeep Liberty. The Roadmaster BrakeMaster uses your Diesel pusher's air brakes to activate your dinghy's brakes. The system will work proportionally in that the harder you press you coach's brakes the harder your Jeep's brakes will be applied.

It is recommended to have a service facility to install this unit in your vehicle. The installation is labor intensive and should be completed by trained techs.
