Gooseneck Hitch Recommendation for 2008 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis

Question:

I have a 2008 F350 cab and chassis truck that I am modifying to put a dually bed off of another 2008 F350. I see that this hitch does not fit Cab and Chassis or vehicles with 34 inch frame, do you have one that will fit what I am trying to do?

It is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, part # BWGNRK1500. I have linked the installation instructions for this hitch you can check out. It is a custom installation and does require welding which should be done by a certified professional. This hitch has a gross towing weight capacity of 30,000-lbs.
