Recommended 5th Wheel Rail Kit For 2015 Ram 1500 5-1/2 Foot Bed With EcoDiesel Engine

I have a 2015 ram ecodiesel with the 57inch bed. I am wanting to put a pullrite 16k super glide in the bed sorry, I know you dont sell pullrite. Can you tell me what I need for hardware kits and rails to install this hitch?

Absolutely. For your 2015 Ram 1500 5-1/2 foot bed with EcoDiesel, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50142-58. This is a custom kit for your truck that will make installation easier. This will give you standard rails in your truck that will be compatible with the Pullrite 16K super glide hitch. For this short bed, I recommend going with a non-sliding hitch and a Sidewinder to give you the clearance you need. A Sidewinder is all I recommend for beds shorter than 6-1/2 feet. You will want to make sure you get the hitch compatible with standard rails.

I also recommend the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Plug # 50-97-410. This gives you a second 7-way connection in the bed of your truck for easier 5th wheel connection.
