Low Profile Tire Chains for a 2017 Ford Mustang with 235/55R17 Tires
Question:
Are Thule CG9 #TH2004205104 chains right fit for 2017 Mustang with 235/55 R17 wheels? Owner manual states that chains are allowed on rear axle only and they should be low profile 10mm or less - I think these chains should be compatible?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The CG9 tire chains # TH2004205104 do fit the 235/55-17 tires on your 2017 Ford Mustang. These are Class S rated chains meaning they are designed to work on vehicles that have limited clearance for chains like your Mustang. The chains have a 9mm clearance requirement so they are within the range specified by your owner's manual. I have included a link to a video review of these chains for you.
