I recommend going with the Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack # TH45JV for your 2006 Mazda 6. This rack is unique in that it won't be in the way of your spoiler at all since it doesn't use arms to reach over a spoiler like almost every over rack does.
If you have any alternative, women's, or kids bikes then I recommend using the Hollywood Frame Adapter Bar # HRBA-PRO. This bar will help step-through frames to sit level and gain more ground clearance.
