Does the Airaid AR 201-235 cold air induction pass Californias Mickey Mouse emission standards?

Yes. I checked with Airaid and cold air intake # AR201-235 for the 2009 Chevy Silverado is street legal in all US states. So the CARB standards won't affect this particular part or its use. Cold air intake makes the engine more efficient so it makes sense that CARB would not be a factor!
