Will the WeatherTech Cargo Liner # WT41307 Fit Behind the 2nd Row Seats in a 2010 ChevroletTahoe

Does this cargo cover, cover the whole back with the third row removed or just with the third row fliped up?

The WeatherTech Cargo Liner - Tan, item # WT41307, covers the area behind the second row of seats to the back of the vehicle so the liner would need to be removed if the third row of seats are installed.

At this time, WeatherTech does not have a cargo liner for behind the third row of seats only.
