Slider Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for 2015 Ford F-250 that Uses Underbed Rails
Question:
What are my options for a Companion Slider hitch for a 2015 F-250 without the puck system? I do not want a rail system. Is the turnover ball system my only option?

For your 2015 Ford F-250 without the factory rail kit to use a Companion Slider hitch part # BWRVK3400-5W you will have to use the Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch part # BWGNRK1111-5W.
The only other solution I would have you consider is the Demco Hijacker Auto Slide part # DM8550022. You can install this hitch with an under bed rail kit as well, part # DM8551000 which is confirmed as a fit for your truck. The great thing about this hitch is that it slides automatically as you make tight turns which means one less thing to worry about when towing.
