No, you will not have to change the air pressure in the tires when using tire chains such as # PWH2228SC. If your vehicle has a tire pressure monitoring system the use of chains could affect that system (give false readings) but you will not have to change the pressure and pressure monitoring systems will function like normal again when chains are removed.
