Recommended 7-Pole And 4-Way Adapter for 2000 Ford F-350
Question:
I am looking for a connector similar to 50-87-002 that also has a 4 or 5 pin plug. Would you have anything like this? Thanks.

The trailer connector I recommend is part # 37185.
This connector can be installed with your existing 4-way connector, or you can remove the 4-way connector and hardwire the adapter that will give you a working 7-way and 4-way trailer connector.
I have attached a link to a helpful article about trailer wiring you can check out.
