First thing you'll want to do is determine the weights of your kayaks and then check the owners manual of your vehicle for the roof weight capacity and be sure not to exceed this figure with the weight of the kayaks.

Based on widths of your kayaks two of them would fit next to each other with the Yakima SweetRoll part # Y04074.
