I have a suspension enhancement solution I can provide for your 2005 Ford F-150 that has a Draw Tite gooseneck hitch installed, but the air bag kits will not work as they will interfere with the bracket kits of the hitch.
Instead you would want a Timbren kit part # TFR150D. This will replace your jounce bumper and provide you with additional suspension support when needed.
