Fifth Wheel Rail Kit and Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2016 Ford F-150 6-1/2 ft Bed

I have a 2016 F150 w/ 6.5 ft box, 4X4. I pull a small 5th wheel and occasionally use a slide in camper. I wanted to install my Reese 5th wheel hitch and AL59570 bags. Info in your QandA indicates this will not work. I think my only option now is the Reese 50087 and the Timbren TFR1504E. Are there any other options? I am concerned about the galvanic action with this pickup. Can I use regular black electricians tape between the steel and aluminum? Thank you

You are the right track for your 2016 Ford F-150. For suspension enhancement for your truck that will have fifth wheel rails installed the Timbrens # TFR1504E will be your best option.

If you go with the custom install kit part # RP50087-58 for a set of fifth wheel rails not only will you get a rail kit that is custom fit for your truck, but it comes with isolators to prevent contact between the steel and aluminum.
