Availability of Towing Bike Rack that Attaches to Shank of 2 inch Ball Mount Shank

I am looking for a one bike carrier that attaches upright to a 2 inch ball on a 2 inch hitch. Can you please help?

Sounds like you are looking for towing bike rack like the Swagman Traveler XCS part # S64664 which attaches to the shank of 2 inch ball mounts. There aren't any versions of this style rack that only hold one bike though.
