Rail Kit for B&W Companion Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch in 2008 Ford F-250
Question:
Hello I am looking to get my truck set up for towing my soon to be camper. I have a 2008 f250 with a 6 1/4 length bed. I have a BandW companion hitch but no rails. Where could I get or what is my best option here. Thank you.

The rail kit for the B&W Companion to fit your 2008 Ford F-250 is # BWGNRK1108. This is the B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch that the Companion works with.
Since your truck is a short bed you'll definitely want to be using the sliding Companion. If your hitch isn't already a slider you can use the Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion # BWRVB3405 and make your hitch a sliding hitch.
Also, if you already have a 7-way trailer connector on your truck's bumper you can add one in the bed using the Bargman # 50-97-410.
I've attached install videos of the rail kit and wiring harness, as well as a couple other videos and an article on fifth wheels that you may find helpful.
