The Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack, # S44FR, has a distance of 18 inches from the center of hitch pin hole to the closest wheel cradle. The upright mast measures 35 inches and the closet part of the rack measures 12 inches from the center of the pin hitch hole.
You will need measure your rear hatch when opening to see if the end of the hatch will be in contact with any of the distance measurements of the rack. The one I would definitely consider first is where the hitch shank and rack shank come together on the bike rack. This area is the closet point that the bike rack is to the center of the hitch pin hole at 12 inches.
I believe after look at the measurements of the bike rack distances that you will most likely have to remove the rack before you will be able to access the rear hatch door. However, measuring the door and it travel area will tell you for sure.
