Parts Needed to Flat Tow 2017 Jeep Wrangler with Off Road Bumper with Roadmaster Base Plate
Question:
Setting up a Thor Ace 27.1 and a 2017 Jeep Wrangler for towing. I am going to install a Rock Hard full width bumper with roadmaster tow attachments. Do you see an issue with the following: Falcon all terrain, rm-88400 relay kit, Hopkins taillight wiring hm-56200. Smi Stay in play Duo. Also using d-rings to attach safety cables. Ready to purchase if this looks doable. Thanks,

If the bumper has Roadmaster mounting tabs built into it already the Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-522 would work well with it. Everything else you mentioned would work great too.
I attached install videos for the products you mentioned which show them all being installed in a similar 2016 Jeep Wrangler as your 2017.
If you need safety chains as well the part # RM-643 would be a great option which will work fine with your D-rings.
