The B&W Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1016 does fit the 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 long bed pickup without factory rail kit. The linked video shows you the entire installation process.
If you need a wiring harness in the truck bed you can use part # C56000 from Curt.
The B&W gooseneck hitch also serves double-duty as a 5th wheel installation kit. To tow a 5th wheel with the BWGNRK1016 in place all you need to add is their Companion5th wheel hitch, part # BWRVK3500, which drops right into the gooseneck ball hole.
