Adapter Needed to Use Backpack Blower with Rack'em Rack for Enclosed Trailers
Question:
What adapter do I purchase for Item RA-36-2PL. backpack blower
asked by: Lenore L
Helpful Expert Reply:
If you have a backpack blower that needs an adapter for a Rack'em racks, like the # RA-4 and # RA-19, then you will need either # RA-STIHL or # RA-STIHL420.
The # RA-STIHL is designed to work with Stihl backpacks BR350, BR430 BR550, BR600, ECHO, or RedMax Blowers.
The # RA-STIHL420 is designed to be used with Stihl backpacks BR420 and 320.
I spoke with Rack'em who said the easiest way to determine if you'll need an adapter or not is if the handle of your backpack blower points towards the operator you will not need an adapter. If the handle points towards the motor you will.
