Mobile home axles are not intended for ongoing use; they are designed only as single-use components that can get a mobile home to its permanent location.
If you want to fabricate a trailer you will want to use a trailer axle, such as one of those shown on the linked page. We offer beam axles up to a 3500-lb weight rating and axle-less trailer suspension systems from Timbren, like their # A35RS545E that includes hub/drums and electric brakes.
You can see all trailer hubs, both idler hubs without brakes and hub/drums for brakes, that use the inner bearing L68149 by clicking on the link provided. Any hub MUST use the same inner AND outer bearings as the hub it replaces in order for it to fit on the axle's spindles.
