I recommend the popular electric A-frame jack the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-5000. This is a very nice jack with great customer reviews. I've attached a video for your convenience. It is rated for up to 5000 pounds which will be more than enough for your trailer with a GVW of 7,500 pounds. It bolts onto your trailer and includes the foot plate. It also has 3 LED lights to help you with hooking and unhooking your trailer in the dark.
