2011 Ford F-350 Integrated Braking System Has 15 Second Delay With Actuator

Question:

I asked a question earlier about my 2011 F350 6.7 liter diesel if the Carlisle actuator was compatible with the integrated braking system on my Ford your reply was yes thank you so much however the controller manually works great the brake pedal itself has a 15-second delay before the pump is engaged and the brakes are working properly they do work once the pump is on how can I get rid of that 15 delay

I reached out to my contact at Hydrostar and he said you most likely need the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Adapter Module for Ford and Chevy Brake Controllers, # HBA-CAM. The delay is significant, so let me know if this doesn't work so we can make sure you are able to brake safely.
