Heavy Duty D-Ring Anchor Recommendation for Securing 5 Tons
Question:
We are a transportation and logistics company. We have been requested by one of our customers to come up with a solution to tie down for transportation the steel structures they manufacture oversized pieces that weight up to 30 tons each, so we are looking for removable no weld on tie-down D rings for up to 5 tons WLL to use chains and securely fasten pieces to trailer tie-down points. These tie-down D rings have to be attached to pieces by two 7/8inch bolts that would be 8,9, 10 or 11 inches apart.... Can you help us on this rigging requirement? we estimate product would be in continue use, 50-100 pcs/month. Thank you in advance!

The Curt D-Ring Anchor part # C83760 has a weight capacity of 26,500 lbs and is priced pretty great. This would be a great solution for you. I attached a review video as well.
