Driver-Side Electric Drum Trailer Brake to Replace AL-KO Unit
Question:

Thank you for the photo of your AL-KO electric drum trailer brake.
We do not offer just the backing plate portion of an electric drum brake assembly but we can help you find a complete replacement drum brake assembly. Based on your photo it appears the brake shown is from the driver-side on the trailer, so you'll want to use a left-side brake assembly to replace it
The other things you'll want to match up to select the correct brake are the axle weight capacity, the brake flange mounting hole pattern and the diameter and width of your hubs/drums. Please refer to the linked photo showing you those dimensions. You can use the linked page to select those attributes by clicking on the appropriate filters for axle weight capacity, drum size, wheel size and your preference for either manual- or self-adjusting brake types.
