B and W Fifth Wheel Hitch Solution for 2015 Ram 3500

Can you remove the factory dodge in bed hitch and install a B@W turn over ball in its place ?

Sounds like you have a Ram truck with a factory rail kit. What you can do if you want a B and W setup is use the part # BWRVK3600 in the bed of the truck to provide you with a fifth wheel hitch and then if you need a gooseneck ball use the part # C60618.

Aside from that we do not have a way to recommend you remove the factory rail kit to install a different hitch.
