How to Remove Threaded Hitch Pin S64029 From Swagman Bike Carrier

I need to remove my bike rack and cannot figure out how to remove the hitch lock

The hitch lock, part # S64029 that you came from for your Swagman Bike carrier should be pretty easy to remove.
I have attached a photo of the lock and as the arrow indicates the hitch bolt has a threaded end. After you remove the lock end of the pin just untghread the pin form the carrier. The threaded part of the pin is designed to reduce rattle when the carrier is attached to the hitch.
