I have a few options for you, but it doesn't look like the Draw-Tite Gooseneck Hitch # 9464-38 is going to work.

After looking at all of our available gooseneck hitch options, it looks like none of them are going to work with your Air Lift suspension due to the location of the u-bolts and inboard brackets required for the installation. Since the bracket on your Air Lift Suspension # AL88230 sits a little wide on the frame, it doesn't leave any room for those u-bolts.

There are two ways we can try to go from here: 1. (Recommended) We do offer the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2286 that will be compatible with a gooseneck hitch that you could replace your current air suspension with, or, 2. This will void the warranty of your hitch, if you absolutely have to have a gooseneck hitch installed and you aren't going to replace your Air Lift system, you could try to bypass using the u-bolts by getting the gooseneck hitch welded to the frame of your truck. The main issue with this option is that it will void any warranty that you will receive with that product because that is not how it was intended to be installed.

At this point, replacing your suspension enhancement or having the gooseneck hitch welded in place are the two options you have if you have to have a gooseneck hitch installed on your truck.
