Does Prodigy Rf Brake Controller Remote Lose Pairing if Unplugged
Question:
Hi All @ E-trailer, I recently bought a A-liner 2015 and the Prodigy Brake Controller was installed/paired at the dealer. I do not want to leave the remote in the car when not in use as Im afraid it could be stolen. Is it necessary to pair the remote again if it hasnt been used for awhile? What read out should I see on the remote to ensure the unit is still paired? Thank-you,

Once you have paired the remote to the controller you would not be required to keep it plugged in so that it stays paired. The remote will not display whether it is paired though. It will show the status of the controller to a trailer and the output voltage applied to trailer brakes.
