Can the Prodigy RF Brake Controller Work with a 2013 Ram 5500

Question:

looking for a way to bypass the in dash ram controller ...the system reads faults that dont exist causing a shut down of the system, Installation of a prodigy p2 resulted in a error code which I think is because of the multiplex wiring system. This product does not list the truck as being a fit but I dont see why it would not work. Can you tell me of any known issues

If you got the error code because you unplugged the factory controller and plugged the P2 # 90885 in its place then you can have a dealership turn off the code. They have to basically change something in the computer to tell the truck that it does not have the factory controller. It isn't the PowerNet wiring but that does complicate things some times.

Otherwise as long as the truck has a fully functioning 7-Way trailer connector you can use the Prodigy RF # TK94FR.
