Wiring Needed to Install Reese PowerTrac in a 2012 GMC Sierra

Does trailer brake controller 39523-20127 come with wiring that plugs into the back of the trailer brake controller and spices into the wires that are under my dash?

Yes, the Reese PowerTrac part # 39523 and # 20127 would be all that you need to install the brake controller in your 2012 GMC Sierra. The 4 wires of the harness would wire to the blunt cut wires you have under the dash of your truck too.
I attached an install video that shows this controller installing in a very similar 2012 Chevy truck as this as well.
