Nerf Bars For 1998 Chevrolet K1500 Pickup With Extended Cab With 3 Pads

Question:

I have a 1998 Chevy K1500 extended cab 3 door truck. Im looking for the step bars that have drivers single door and passenger door plus extended cab step. Can you tell if these are the same size, length for both sides AND have only one step for the driver and two for the passenger side? An actual picture would help, but you are not the only ones on the internet that show generic pictures for these. I assume they are actually chrome in appearance. Thank you in advance.

The 1998 Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup Westin Signature Series Round Nerf Bars - 3" - Black Powder Coated Steel, # 25-0890, are a confirmed fit for your 1998 Chevrolet K1500 Extended Cab. They do have 4 step pads, 2 on each side, not the one on driver's side and two on passenger side you asked about. These are really nice bars with a chrome plated steel construction.

We don't have any nerf bars with the offset number of step pads compatible with your vehicle. Something like the 1998 Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards w/ Custom Installation Kit - 6" Wide - Brushed Aluminum, # 27-6130-1005 or the # 27-6135-1005 would have a cleaner look if you are trying to avoid having a pad where there isn't a door.
