The cover that will fit a 1989 Jeep YJ with full size steel doors is the Rampage Complete Soft TopKit # RA68035. The part that you referenced, # RA99417, is a soft top for the half door design.

The full door top will not have the extra flaps the would be used on the half door tops. The Rampage top that fits the 1989 Jeep YJ with the full steel doors is only available in the color black. The top includes a bow system as it is not designed to work with the factory system on your jeep.

If you are looking for a top in a different color, like beige, they are available from a different manufacturer. Bestop has the Supertop Soft Top # B5159937 with clear windows and # B5459937 with the tinted windows. Both of these top will work with your full steel doors on your 1989 Jeep YJ and include the needed bow systems.
