Thule Easy Fit Tire Chain to Fit Tire Size 255/50-20 on 2014 Ford Explorer

we have 255/5 r20 tires on the SUV, and the manual says we cant put chains on our new car... A bit upset... I looked up your chains and was wondering if we would be able to use them.

The Thule Easy Fit Tire Chains part # TH04115265 that you referenced are a confirmed fit for your 2014 Ford Explorer's tire size of 255/50-20 but you have to listen to Ford when it comes to tire chain restrictions.

This is a Class S compatible tire chain which means it requires minimum clearance though. What you will need to do is contact a Ford dealer in your area and ask them what they recommend you do if you find yourself in area that requires tire chains for travelling. A lot of times dealers near mountain areas will have a solution that may not totally agree with the owners manual.
