Which Timbren Kit for 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Towing 12.5k Trailer

Question:

Pulling 32 ft fifth wheel camper empty 10400# - loaded maybe 12500#. Which Timbren should I use for the rear and do you think I need to consider anything on the front axle?

For your 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 I would recommend the Timbren kit part # TDR2500CA which will provide you with an additional 6,000 lbs of support to the rear suspension. The heavy duty kit part # T94VR that you also referenced is a fit for your truck but it's going to be overkill for your truck and would give you a harsh ride. This kit should really only be used on trucks that will be at their towing capacity most of the time.

The additional support of the lighter duty kit will be very helpful and won't hurt the unloaded ride quality so it's the better option.

Be sure not to exceed the towing capacity of your truck. These kits do not increase the capacity of the truck by the way. They only allow the truck to tow within it's capacity in a safer manner.
