Does Masterlock Coupler Lock Set 3784DAT Come with Lock to Secure Coupler To Hitch Ball

The Master Lock #3784DAT seems to provide some theft deterance when trailer is unhooked from tow vehical, and the price is attractive . Is there a coupler lock in a similar price range that could be used when the trailer is connected to the tow vehical as well ?

The pin lock that comes with the Master Lock Coupler lock set part # 3784DAT that you referenced is designed for locking trailers with trigger style couplers to hitch balls. If that's the style of coupler you have this would work well.
If you check out the picture I attached you can see the pin lock in place. If the coupler was connected to a hitch ball it wouldn't be able to be removed unless the pin lock was removed since the trigger couldn't be raised.
