How Much Clearance is Lost When Installing the DeeZee Oval Tube Steps on a 2016 Ram 2500
Question:
2016 dodge ram crew cab 4x4 what is the drop on these bars? they look like they are not flush with the cab, there is a space. also do they bend when stepping on them ?

According to DeeZee the Oval Tube Steps # DZ16121-16336 have a drop of approximately 4-1/2 inches. There is some space between the underside of the cab and the steps. Take a look at the video I've linked to see the space, and also to show that they do not bend when used.
