Question:
My pop up hard side camping trailer weighs about 4,000 lbs loaded. TW is between 350 empty and 400 full. I want a weight distribution system that allows backing up and elec brakes. 2006 Honda Pilot 4x4. What do you to offer me?

To choose a weight distribution system you will want to add your trailer's loaded and ready to tow tongue weight to the amount of weight in the back of your 2006 Honda Pilot behind its rear axle. Since your ready to tow tongue weight is approximately 400 pounds you will likely need a system rated a little higher than that, such as the Reese Steadi-Flex # RP66558, which is rated for 600 pounds. It uses friction pads similar to automotive brake pads to keep your trailer in line with your Pilot. See the video I've attached for a demo.
You'll also need a hitch ball. For a 2 inch ball you can use # 63845 and for a 2-5/16 inch use # 63847.
