Can Wider Tire/Wheel Combo Be Used On Starcraft Venture Pop-up Camper

Question:

I have a Starcraft Venture 1706 Pop-up camper with 4.80-12 tires on rims with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. The only place I have to store the camper is in my back yard The 4.8-12 tires are rather narrow and in the spring and fall when my yard is wet, they easily sink into the mud. making it difficult to move and making a mess of my yard!I am looking to replace them with something wider that wont sink into the mud as easily. I see that the 205/65-10 tire has the same overall diameter as the 4.80-12 with almost 4inch of additional width. My concern is whether there is enough clearance in my wheel well for the AM3H340. Question 1: What is the measurement from the inner surface of the back side of the wheel where the wheel contacts the hub to the outer edge of the Wheel/Tire combination? Or what is the offset of the rim. I have 3.75inch of clearance Question 2: What is the diameter of the rim section in the center section of the rim? Will it fit over my brake/hub Question 3: Is there another wheel/tire combination that would achieve my objective of having a wider tire which wont sink into the mud as easily?

The section width of the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire, part # AM3H340 is 8.3 inches so the mounting surface of the wheel to the outer edge of the tire on the sides is about 4.2-inches. The wheel has a zero offset.

You will also need to make sure you have about 4-1/2 inches clearance from the top of the tire to the inside of the fender, and about 2-inches for the inside clearance.

The center pilot hole that slips over the hub measures 2.5-inches.

Another combo we offer that is a bit smaller is part # AM90016. This is a 205/50-10 tire and the section width measures 7.7 inches so that means from the mounting surface to the outside of the tire is about 3.9 inches. The pilot hole measures 2.5 inches for this combo.
