Tire Chain Recommendation for 2015 Chevy Malibu with 235/50-18 Tires

Question:

I have a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu LT, 2.5, Automatic, tire size 235/50-18. I am looking for self adjusting chains for my vehicle. I am a first time user of chains and I know that I may have limited clearance on my vehicle. Is there a particular set of chains I may need? I have looked at the Thule chains on your site and am pretty impressed by their product. I live in Vancouver, WA. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

The easiest to use chains by far are the Thule Easy Fits part # TH04115104 which are a confirmed fit for your tire size 235/50-18. These chains install in a matter of seconds and automatically tension themselves. They also are Class S compatible which means they fit in tight clearances.

For a set of Thule chains that offer the best possible clearance the K-Summit chains part # TH02230K45 are the best option as they do not go over the inside sidewall of the tire.
