The Derale Transmission Cooler you selected, part # D13611, would work on your 2008 Chrysler Town and Country as long as you have room to mount it. I would recommend the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit, part # D13502, for your vehicle as it is much thinner.

Part # D13502 measures 11 Inches wide, 7-1/4 Inches Tall, and 7/8 Inches Deep. You will want to measure on your vehicle to make sure you have room to mount the cooler. The most efficient and recommended spot to mount a transmission cooler is behind the front grille, but in front of the radiator and AC Condenser (see FAQ).

For installation, you will use the included hardware to mount to behind the grill. Then you will want to mock up the rubber hoses and cut the needed length of hose, and attach the lines. If you have a factory transmission cooler, you will want to install part # D13502 in-line with the factory transmission cooler. If you have a factory transmission cooler, you can still use an aftermarket cooler like part # D13502 to provide extra cooling efficiency.

I have linked a video installation of the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit, part # D13502 on a 2006 Dodge Caravan, that will be of good reference when installing on your 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. I have also linked an FAQ on transmission coolers that you may find as a good reference.
