Looks like you are looking for a fifth wheel hitch for your 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 with a long bed. For that I would recommend the B and W Companion Hitch part # BWRVK3500 which is referred to by many as the nicest hitch around and then for a rail kit you would want the under-bed rail kit part # BWGNRK1012 which is a confirmed fit for your truck.
The benefits of a Companion hitch setup is that when you remove the fifth wheel hitch you end up with a truck bed that has no rails installed in it and if ever needed the rail kit doubles as a gooseneck hitch.
