Recommended Mounting Hardware For Older Yakima Big Powderhound Ski Racks On 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe
Question:
I found a set of yakima Big Powderhound ski racks, Part # 3046, at a garage sale, and I want to use them on my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe with factor crossbars. The crossbars are aerodynamic and about 3inch x 1. What mounting adapter do I order? Thanks,

Expert Reply:
The adapters you can use for the older powderhound ski racks you purchased are the Universal MightyMounts, part # Y03590.
I called my contact at Yalima and they verified these will work for your ski racks and fit the crossbars on your Santa Fe.
