Expert Reply:
When the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, part # F2025 are installed, they replace the jounce stop on the truck and additional brackets are added in the same location.
Since you did not say what gooseneck hitch you have in your truck you will want to check out the attached installation instructions for the # F2025 system and then check your gooseneck system to make sure there will be no interference. I attached a link to an installation video for this system on a 94 Chevrolet C/K truck you can check out.
You may also be interested in an air compressor system that lets you adjust the pressure in the Ride-Rite system from the comfort of your truck cab. For a single function system that lets you control 1-pair of springs I recommend part # F2158.
We also offer a dual-function system that woudl work great with the Ride-Rite system. It is part # F2178. This system gives you the flexability to adjust the air springs individually for those off-center loads.
