Can 2005 Jeep Grand Grand Cherokee Be Flat Towed on Tow Dolly

Question:

Im told Jeeps and Saturn are the best vehicles to tow behind an RV. I have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 limited. Can it be towed with your tow dolly? I also have a 2009 Dodge Nitro 2x4 SE. Thank you in advance.

Your 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 is towable with the Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1 that you referenced. Jeeps are among the most popular vehicles to flat tow.

The 2009 Dodge Nitro can also be flat towed but you will need to use a lube pump in the transmission. We do not carry these.

I pulled up the owner's manual for your Jeep Grand Cherokee but couldn't find any information specific to towing with a dolly. You might try to verify this in your own copy of the manual, and if it's the same, I would contact your local Jeep dealer. With your VIN they should be able to give you accurate information.
