I reached out to my contact at Brophy and they haven't tested their clamps on any foreign vehicles. They said that their Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs - Bed Mount - Zinc Plated Steel - Qty 4, # HSBP should work as long as you have less than 5 inch wide walls and more than 2 inches of space beneath the lip of bed rail. Obviously it does require your truck bed has the lip.

You will also want to note that it will work with most spray-on bed liners, but it would require cutting around a plastic bed liner.
