The Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches, # S44FR, will most likely fit on your Jeep Wrangler with a large spare on the bumper. The only way to confirm that is to do some measuring. From the center of the hitch pin hole, measure to the furthest point of your spare. This will give you the measurement you need for clearance. I've attached an article to help.

There are some important measurements of the Swagman rack you will want to compare your vehicle measurements to. The distance from the center of hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack is 12 inches. To the closest part of the wheel cradle is 18 inches, and to the upright mast is 35 inches.

The Swagman Dispatch has many nice features includung the ratcheting rubberized hooks, the sliding wheel cradles, and the combination hitch lock and cable for security.
