Compatibility of TruXedo Deuce 2 Soft Tonneau Cover TX745801 with Bed Extender

Interested in a Truxedo Deuce 2 for a 2010 Toyota Tundra WITH oem bed rail system. My question is will this cover work WITH my AMP research BED EXTENDER? Will any of Truxedos cover work my oem bed rails and bed extender? Thanks
