Hitch Bike Rack for Catrike 5.5.9 Tadpole Bike

Question:

i have a honda crv with an offset spare on the back. i have successfully carried to regular road bikes without the spare interfering the sportsrider for one trike only work with my car. I wil be carrying a catrike 559 tadpole

The Catrike 5.5.9 has a 44-inch wheelbase and a 29-inch track width. Both of these dimensions are compatible with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Trike Carrier # HR1000Z-R-TRKADP, as is the tadpole's 39-1/2-lb weight. This rack fits a 1-1/4-inch Class II hitch or a 2-inch hitch Class III type. it works with tires up to 3-inches in width.

To check for fit of the rack on your Honda CR-V you will first want to ensure you have a compatible 2-inch hitch. Then measure from its hitch pin hole rearward to the back of the car. The closest part of the Sport Rider Trike Carrier will be the wheel hoop, 8-1/2-inches from the hitch pin hole. If your car provides enough clearance to avoid the car making contact with the wheel hoop then this Hollywood Racks carrier is an excellent choice.

If you need an anti-rattle lock kit you can use # HRLHPTC which will secure both the rack and your tadpole.
