Recommended Dual Camera With Monitor System for Front and Rear View On 2008 Dodge Ram

Question:

Could a second camera be added for the front / I have Dodge Ram hard to see pulling into a spot would like to be able to have a camera in front and back. I tried the peak rear view mirror x 2 and get same image on both camera cant get front pic and no help from Peak to resolve issues. So looking for something different Thank you

I reached out to my contact at Rear View Safety and we have a system for your needs. I recommend the Rear View Safety G-Series Backup Camera System, # RVS-776718. This will give you the functions you want with a camera at the rear of your vehicle and the monitor in the rear view mirror. For the front view camera, we will want the Rear View Safety Backup Camera - Surface Mount, # RVS-776. Don't be thrown off by the item name, it will work as a front camera. My contact said you will want to connect the camera at the rear of your truck to the AV2 input and you will connect the trigger wire to the reverse light wire. She said the front camera will be added to the AV1 input and the power button on the mirror will allow you to view that.
