The Carr C-Profile Rota Light Mounting Bar, part # CARR210111 and the Gutterless Mount Kit for Carr Light Bars, part # CARR220041 are both verified as a fit for your 2006 Tacoma.
The light mounting bar does not come with the lights and is designed to be able to hold lights up to 50-inches long. If you are looking for a light bar I recommend a light like part # MT80634. This light is 41-1/2 inches long and has 80 LED diodes.
